1. Monitor the performance of the aspirator and piping. Before using the portable suction device suction device, check whether the power supply voltage and the suction device voltage are consistent, and whether the connection between the air intake pipe and the air outlet pipe is correct; the liquid storage bottle sputum should be dumped and cleaned at any time to prevent the sputum from flowing back to the motor and attracting damage. After the suction device is used, the pipes and liquid bottles should be disinfected at any time, placed in a dry place, and regularly maintained.

2. Skilled operation, strict sterility, to prevent cross-infection. Sucking should be light and stable, and the negative pressure should not be too large when attracting, so as not to damage the tracheal mucosa; use a portable suction device for a suction time of no more than 15 seconds; intratracheal suction is performed aseptically, suction of the suction device The tube shall be replaced every time and shall not be reused. All items shall be sterilized once a day; the outer diameter of the suction tube sucked from the endotracheal tube shall not exceed 1/2 of the diameter of the casing.
